In Oaxaca, known as La Tierra de los Siete Moles, each sauce has its own story: a mix of fire, patience, and soul.
¡Qué Mole! takes that same Oaxacan heartbeat and gives it a new rhythm; fun, colorful, made to share, and ready to travel wherever flavor is needed.

Mole Verde
Fresh, green, and herbaceous. Made with herbs, pumpkin seeds, tomatillo, and green chiles, it carries an earthy flavor.

Mole Rojo
Fiery and bold, built on a base of dried red chiles. Smoky, earthy, and a little sharp, its heat lingers without overwhelming.

Mole Negro
Deep and dark, with dried chiles, nuts, plantains, and rich Oaxacan chocolate. It is smoky and flows between sweet, and spicy.
